About the event
We created a grief support circle for women facing a new reality following the loss of a loved one or a sudden life change. The circle consists of 10 sessions covering the following topics:

- What are attachments? Learn to identify and let go of your attachments.
- The Wounds of the Soul

- Techniques for letting go and trusting again
